FUTURE INVEST provides cryptocurrency-related services to clients, with residents from certain jurisdictions eligible to use our services. FUTURE INVEST uses automated decision-making as part of the pre-contractual processing to determine whether a client qualifies to use FUTURE INVEST's services.

Automated decision-making refers to decisions made solely based on the automated processing of the user's personal data. This involves using software or algorithms that require no human intervention.

During the onboarding process, users are asked to provide their address and personal identification. Automated decision-making is necessary to enter into an agreement with FUTURE INVEST. It is used to verify and accept or reject a client's application for a service agreement with FUTURE INVEST.
